　　没错，今天又是一个明媚的早晨。德州市太阳能小镇经过三年的积极筹备，在竞赛组委会和德州市政府各相关部门通力合作下，在各部门领导、大赛组委会以及各组参赛选手的共同见证下，值此良辰，终于迎来了翘首期盼的开工仪式。

　　The construction ceremony was hosted by our favorite Dr. Yin Hongxi. At the ceremony, Dr. Yin once again emphasized the safety of the construction. On behalf of the competition organizing committee and the competition advisory committee, he sent blessings to the participating members sincerely for good luck.

　　接下来是各组参赛队伍念念不忘的关键之所在啦，组委会秘书长李昂先生与尹博士共同为参赛队入场搭建拉响启动的汽笛。随着汽笛声响，搭建工作就正式开工啦。

Under the background of promoting green ecology development, countries around the world have invested a large amount of scientific research in improving the utilization rate of solar energy.

　　因此，作为对考察太阳能综合利用能力最权威的赛事，德州市政府对本次竞赛投入良多，期望能在对太阳能的利用上贡献一份力量，并籍此打造以科技博览为主题的绿色创新中心。
